So, I finally did it. I packed my old 35mm camera and spent a weekend in Paris with nothing but a roll of expired film and a notebook for notes on where to get coffee. There’s something about the way the light hits the cobblestones in those narrower side streets, away from just the other tourists, that feels like it belongs in a frame. I was aimng for that authentic, slightly messy, real-life moment rather than some perfectly curated Instagram shot.
